I am a Product Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, driving technology-led transformation in the microfinance ecosystem. Over the last 1.5 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy—focusing on post-merger integration, driving business growth, and building scalable systems that deliver real impact to underserved financial segments.With a background in Information Technology, MBA from MDI Gurgaon and a Master in Management (MiM) from ESCP Business School Europe, I bring an interdisciplinary lens to problem-solving. I believe technology is not just an enabler but a strategic lever to shape business outcomes. My work has involved evaluating legacy systems, designing new digital journeys, writing business requirement documents, streamlining operations across merged entities, improving data architecture, and supporting leadership decisions with data-driven insights.Working on complex initiatives such as integrating two microfinance subsidiaries, aligning platforms, developing softwares, and ensuring business continuity has strengthened my ability to think holistically, manage ambiguity, collaborate across stakeholders, and deliver structured outcomes.I follow a data-driven and customer-centric approach—whether it’s improving operational efficiency, designing better user journeys, or simplifying processes for field teams and customers. My areas of interest include Product Management, FinTech, digital transformation, financial inclusion, strategy, and emerging technologies. Challenges energize me; they remind me how much more there is to learn, build, and contribute. Outside work, I love traveling and exploring diverse cultures and landscapes.
