ABOUT KAMAL KHURANA

Kamal is passionate about new technologies and open to discussing new clean energy, Climate Change, how to achieve new zero-emission, and reduce global warming. Open to talk and build strong, long-term relationships with different people for all stakeholders in his quest for business and personal growth. He recently completed his MBA from Asper School of Business and also has a Bachelor\'s in mechanical engineering. He\'s currently working in the Sourcing strategy team for the New Flyer Industries. Previously, he worked as a Procurement Analyst with the Government of Manitoba and handled the IT procurement and managed a team of STEP students working as Procurement analysts and lead the procurement process, acted as a SPOC between client and vendor to complete the purchase smoothly. He has in depth knowledge of public procurement processes and working on SAP, doing renewals, contract negotiations, and contract finalization along with the legal department. For the last few years, he was working in the field of Renewable energy, mainly doing the role in Supply chain, procurement, working in the field of Gas Power Plant, a solar and wind power plants LNG, Green hydrogen, maintain Supplier, Client Relations, and worked with Companies such as Engie, Danieli and Toyota. Kamal is an alumnus from the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering and an active of member the DCE DTU Fraternity.
