As a CoFounder of Xpheno I am working hard to Co create India\'s largest Specialist Staffing Firm! At Xpheno I focus on building new customer relationships, harnessing investor interfaces and building the brand ‘Xpheno’. I also make time to write columns and publish podcasts around workplace dynamics and GCC talent. My brief Career Summary : After my Bachelor\'s in Microbiology, I started my career in Pharmaceutical sales. I moved on to the Biotech Industry in sales again. After seven years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare experience, I found my calling in the Recruitment Industry when I joined Ma Foi.@ Ma Foi, I was fortunate to have exposure to Staffing Business Operations in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand & Hong Kong. Four of them were start-up operations. We launched IT Staffing, Executive Search & RPO Solutions across these Countries. These five years of overseas exposure allowed me to absorb nuances of multi-country workplaces and increased my understanding of the \'Cross-Border\' Professional Talent movement across APAC. I gained valuable insights and networks after working for two reputable staffing companies, Randstad and Kelly Services. The last three years have blessed me with the learnings of an entrepreneur in the staffing Industry. As per MBTI profiling, I am ESTJ.
