I am kamali Arumugam, an MBA graduate, and experienced in the field of Human Resource Management.As a millennial, I was always astonished by the power of internet and wanted to explore more about these technologies. My parents wanted me to become a doctor as I was good in science during my high school. But I was fascinated with the world wide web, so I joined Bachelor of computer application.My under-graduation gave me an opportunity to exhibit my leadership skill in a various college programs. But to my surprise I realized that I am a people\'s person too. I co-ordinate better with all teams and have a better problem solving skill too. Whenever any problem arises among my classmates or my friends, I am able to sort those issues without any bias. I also volunteer in many programs but at the same time finish my assignments and notes properly. That\'s what made me a favorite student of my lecturers. By knowing the qualities in me I want to pursue my post graduate in MBA (HR). I am interested towards HR field through my internships and also to greater extent in my previous work experiences. Currently I am looking for the opportunities to improve my Skills and HR qualities effectively and deploy them efficiently in an organization.
