TCF is an ISO 9001/ TS 16949 certified company specialised into producing Ductile Iron castings which has doubled its capacity to tons/ annum by expanding with a DISA High pressure line and Inhouse CNC machine shop (23 Machines). In addition TCF also has 2 lines of 4 station shell molding lines catering safety critical parts being TIER I suppliers to Daimler Benz, FIAT, TAFE, Same Deutz, Bonfiglioli and TIER II to Renault, Nissan, General Motors,etc,etc with exports of abour 50% of the produce to USA,Europe and Asian Countries.Installing an ARPA 1300 machine in august 2015 which can produce parts of size x 800mm x 600mm and of weight 250 kgs.

With over 20 years of experience in this field, I have successfully expanded the company\'s capacity, market share, and reputation, achieving ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certifications, and becoming a Tier I and Tier II supplier to global clients.My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and CNC machining. I have invested in state-of-the-art equipment, such as the DISA high pressure line, the ARPA 1300 machine, and the in-house CNC machine shop, to ensure the quality, efficiency, and precision of our products.
