   For BoFA Client - I tackled a diverse range of projects, spanning from low to high throughput. I conducted in-depth tier 1 analyses and played a pivotal role in guiding entry-level team members in acquiring RPA skills. This client will always associate me with successful project deliveries and the nurturing of budding RPA talent.For Anthem - I spearheaded the automation of chatbot applications, Aviva, call management systems, and a handful of web and desktop applications. Additionally, I served as an administrator in the orchestrator and provided training to a 25-member team, including senior managers both onshore and offshore.For MT - I crafted an HR chatbot, presenting onboarding FAQs in a conversational manner, a feature that was warmly received by all new hires. I also had the privilege of automating the SAP supply chain process flow.For Pfizer - I automated Oracle web processes and Windows applications, resulting in the delivery of 60 reports on a weekly basis.For Microsoft - I automated a staggering reports per month across all shifts in APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. The centralized report was accessible in real-time, leading to a remarkable extension of the client\'s contract for a decade, as opposed to the annual renewal. For Amex - My tenure with this team spanned five years, witnessing its growth from a 10-member team to a formidable force of 1,500 members across regions. I had the honor of receiving a Client Excellence Award, a once-in-a-lifetime achievement for the entire Amex team. Additionally, I earned numerous monthly, fortnightly, quarterly, and half-yearly awards.
