   Built and scaled multiple healthcare products from 0→1 and through growth as the leader of DrFirst’s Patient Innovation Division. Owned end-to-end product strategy, development, and commercialization of point-of-care solutions that reduce prescribing friction, accelerate therapy initiation, and improve medication adherence. Collaborated closely with PBMs, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and pharmacy networks to bring industry-first products to market and scale adoption. Key initiatives included:• Built and scaled a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) platform from 0→1, including a rules-driven targeting engine that enabled pharmaceutical manufacturers and PBMs to deliver clinically relevant, compliant content at the point of care, while also supporting medication adherence interventions and enabling providers to track adherence over time.• Built and launched an industry-first Prescription Price Transparency platform from 0→1, to deliver real-time visibility into patient coverage, copays, preferred pharmacies, lower-cost therapeutic alternatives, and prior authorization status directly within EHR workflows. This approach helped shape industry adoption.• Designed, built, and scaled Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) infrastructure and APIs from 0→1, enabling seamless, standards-based submission of structured clinical responses from EHRs to PBMs, significantly reducing administrative burden and delays in care.• Built and launched one of the industry’s first rule-driven Cash and Copay Assistance platforms from 0→1, fully integrated into prescribing and dispensing workflows. Automatically dispatched eligibility-approved cash and copay programs to pharmacies for real-time adjudication, and built the underlying infrastructure to securely host pharma-sponsored coupon and cash card programs.• Drove cross-ecosystem partnerships across PBMs, pharma manufacturers, pharmacies, and health plans to support sustainable product growth.
