To collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure that all standards of fabric quality, texture, colour, design and all other required parameters are conveyed to the vendor(s) management and quality team at the pre-production meeting• To assist in ensuring adherence to the TNA calendars during the production process.• TO develop and apply effective systems of TQM management, both internally and with vendors, to support and ensure product quality.• To assist in the training and development of the Production Engineering associates to increase their skill levels.• To act as a positive thinker, supportive leader, consistently demonstrating our shared values and high standards product.
