ABOUT KAMAL MEENA

I have worked in Banking/Finance/FinTech and Startup sector for more than 11 years. My expertise lies in fraud analytics, statistical modeling, credit risk optimization, customer behavior prediction, product design & launch, product Management, Business Strategy, Vendor Management, credit evaluation (offline and online), Digital Strategies, Digital lead generation, Back-end design and Process improvement.In my current role at Citi I Lead analytics for Citi Retail Services (CRS) cards US portfolio. Responsibilities include analytics for loss management, Application fraud and Customer Experience.At axis Bank I head the remittances and NRI banking analytics. I primarily focus on profit and volume maximization using statistical modeling (regression, decision trees, segmentation etc.). I am well versed with softwares such as SAS, Angoss, Earnix etc. In coding languages I am proficient with SQL and Python.I also take care of budgeting, target setting and incentive optimization for remittances and NRI banking field at Axis.At Kotak Mahindra Bank I launched the education loan product, designed and implemented the personal loan back-end and front-end real-time system, looked after partner integration/Alliances for Personal Loans, handled online and partner sales for Personal Loans (oversaw an increase from INR 500 million per month to INR 1200 million per month loan disbursal) and worked on end-to-end process improvement in Personal Loans/Credit Cards.At Cosmo Analytics I designed the machine learning algorithm for Credit Evaluation of a customer by details captured from his smartphone. Also designed the algorithm to capture the pertinent info (including financial transaction details) from the customer\'s smartphone.
