I do not pretend to be expert in an area where I am not, but try to learn from people who have domain expertise. My leadership qualities and firm belief in teamwork, lead me to optimize company resources and add value to every member of the team. So overall I have progressive mindset working through generalist approach with specific skill set. I\'m a Structural Engineer with experience in design, document review for construction administration for different range of structures which includes, tall structures, warehouses, etc. My Experience includes Reinforced concrete, Steel and Tilt-up (prefabricated and composite) building structures. I\'m also familiar with wooden building design. I am also enthusiast for develop software tools for automation of design process. I have developed a structural tool \"BRIDGE DYNAMICS\" to evaluate dynamic response of bridge under moving loads based on Vehicle-Bridge interaction (VBI). I also developed various code for evaluating moment-curvature curves, pushover curves, and capacities for special structural members and to transform data format from one structural tool to another.
