1-Roster,shift planning and Team management :This involves scheduling team members \'shifts and tasks matching the balance of skills, distribution of work. The goal is a well-run staff, acting efficiently and adapting quite satisfactorily to business needs.2-Manpower Deployment and their work-allocation: Strategically assigning tasks and responsibilities to the workforce, considering individual skills and expertise. This process involves efficient deployment of manpower to optimize productivity, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure effective utilization of resources.3- 5’s Layout and Staff decorum - To ensure the basic hygiene and 5 S Layout should be maintained in the work-area such as Dock Area, TBC, Document Desk etc, also ensure that the employees are always in defined office decorum (Vest, ID card, Walkie-Talkie) and perform their task without compromising with others safety and security.4- Vehicle planning and Placement - Plan vehicle schedules, both regular and ad hoc, based on standard cut-offs and in-center situations. Ensuring on time vehicle placement and departure to uphold service levels.5- Metrics Improve and control - Enhance and regulate metrics to optimize performance. Implement measures for continuous improvement. Control variables to maintain consistency and efficiency, keep a data-driven approach to keep all the matrices in Control.06- Ops Drive and Control - To ensure the team adhered to any of the processes which can affect service level of outbound by going through different checks and audits like (No missing in vehicle during loading, timely undock/Depart,Verification of documents handover through register). Identifying improvement areas internally as well as performing closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.07 Training team on metrics - Conducting training sessions for teams on operational metrics such as OB SL, FIFO Carting TAT, ensuring compliance and proficiency in meeting quality standards.
