Production SupervisionOversee entire production operations during the shift to ensure adherence to production schedules.Monitor machine operations, manpower deployment, and workflow efficiency.Ensure correct implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).2. Quality Control & AssuranceConduct in-process checks for product quality parameters (moisture, pH, texture, time-temperature s etc.).Ensure raw materials, intermediate and finished goods meet quality standards.Handle any product deviations or non-conformities immediately.3. Food Safety ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to food safety standards like FSSAI, HACCP, ISO and GMP.Maintain hygiene and sanitation in the production area.Supervise cleaning and sanitation (CIP/SIP) processes.4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of production output, downtime, wastage, and process deviations.daily shift reports, batch processing records, and quality logs.Assist in internal and external audits.5.
