Currently working with Prudential Insurance in the Solutions Delivery Team as a Business Analyst. I worked with the design and development of insurance product services. Services include processing insurance applications, generating premium payments, billing, claim adjudication, policy print, etc. Responsibilities: Adept in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), defining and executing Project Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Project Specification, and scope documents, and delivering Project status reports. Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure the project stays within scope and meets regulatory requirements while ensuring adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards. Extensive experience in Agile Story creation and refinement in Jira, including clarification of each story’s business value and acceptance criteria. Worked with IT architects to design the architecture of the system, including data flow, integration points, and technology stack.
