Core Responsibilities: As the Chief Project Manager leading the Patna Metro E&M Project, I am responsible for ensuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance, project execution, and coordination with multiple stakeholders, including the employer\'s representatives and field management staff. My key duties include- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Leadership- Establishing and enforcing a site-specific SHE Policy- Ensuring that safety is a core responsibility at all levels- Directing field management to implement safe work practices- Chairing Safety Committee Meetings and delegating as needed- Conducting site inspections and enforcing SHE norms- Project Execution & Management- Overseeing the entire execution of the project, ensuring it aligns with the SHE Management System and regulatory requirements- Approving key project documents and ensuring compliance- Reviewing Risk Assessments and Emergency Plans- Taking corrective actions against unsafe activities and personnel violations- Incident & Compliance Management- Leading accident investigations and ensuring effective preventive measures- Ensuring compliance with local legislation & safety regulations- Conducting weekly SHE Walks to assess project safety. By leveraging my expertise in safety leadership, risk management, and project execution, I ensure that the Patna Metro E&M Project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
