I’m a Senior Engineering Leader with about 19 years of experience designing and delivering large-scale Java based enterprise systems across multiple functional domains. My core technical foundation is Java — and over the years I have evolved into modern architectures with Spring Boot microservices, event-driven design, cloud-native delivery, and production-grade observability.In my recent roles, I’ve been responsible for driving architecture, code quality practices, and modernization programs — specifically around decomposing legacy monoliths into domain-driven microservices. I’m hands-on when needed, especially in areas like concurrency performance tuning, JVM memory profiling, and designing API and data contract boundaries across services.I’ve also led programs where we established platform-level capabilities like internal Spring Boot starters, reusable libraries, CI/CD release automation, and API governance — so teams can move fast with guardrails. I believe in systems that scale not only technically but organizationally.Where I add the most value is — I can take a business domain, translate it into a clean bounded context, and then drive an engineering execution model around it that is maintainable and measurable. I’m especially passionate about resilience patterns — retries, timeouts, circuit breakers, saga based transactions — and ensuring distributed systems behave predictably in production.I continue to stay current with modern Java — especially records, sealed classes, pattern matching, and the shift towards virtual threads — and I love bringing practical improvements from newer JDKs into engineering teams.Overall, I bring a combination of architecture depth, hands-on engineering credibility, and strong communication to align product + engineering.
