Delivering 6-Month Team Lead Development Programmes for middle-managers (directly reporting to SLT) at Field as they scale from Series B-C.Programmes involve 4 group workshops & 2 x 1-1 coaching sessions with each lead.1⃣From Anxious Impostor to Authentic Leader- Understanding thoughts, emotions and behaviours associated with impostor syndrome- Using my Impostor Syndrome Root Cause framework to capture the 5 internal and 5 external causes of impostor syndrome- Compiling practical tools & mindset shifts to address these within ourselves, as well as to support our direct reports ( & managers!) who may be experiencing IS.2⃣ Self-Leadership: Mastering Emotions & Energy- Emotions: Increasing self-awareness by understanding the relationship between our beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions, and improving self-regulation by expanding the gap we can create between stimulus & response- Energy: Choosing thoughts which allow us to conserve more energy per task than we would otherwise expend, and embracing switching-off as a non-negotiable for sustainable high performance.3⃣Mastering The Art of Managing Upwards- Knowing your manager’s motivators, and their preferences for feedback, conflict style & management style- Aligning objectives & identifying key actions to support each other- Identifying discrepancies between how you & your manager perceive your performance across 3-5 key areas of your role.4⃣ Inclusive Leadership & Empowering Direct Reports- Embodying the 6 traits of inclusive leaders- The 6 ‘delegation traps’ we fall into & how to overcome them- Conflict management & feedback best practices- Applying the discrepancy management framework with our direct reports.Results- Delegates reported increased satisfaction and performance across 14 key career metrics.(Assessed prior to & after programme)- CFO & CTO reported improvements in delegate performance & relationships- Average session score: 9.6/10
