With over 20 years of experience in business development, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative training solutions that empower learners and employers. As the Head of Business Development at Blue Lion Training Academy, I lead a team of professionals who work with partners across various sectors and regions to identify and secure new business opportunities. I also oversee the customer relationship management strategy and ensure the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. Previously, I held similar roles at Pathway Group, CT Skills & Babington, where I developed and implemented effective business development plans and processes, and established long-term relationships with key stakeholders. I have strong skills in partner recruitment, new business development, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my network in the field of education and training. I believe in the mission of Blue Lion to provide accessible, flexible, and tailored learning solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of diverse learners and employers.
