   In this role, I lead the development and execution of strategies to create an inclusive workplace across a diverse portfolio of 12 companies, including the Samuelis Family Office, Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club, Honda Center, and the upcoming OCVIBE entertainment district. My core responsibilities include driving the annual employee engagement survey, analyzing results, and collaborating with key stakeholders to create actionable plans based on the survey findings. I also successfully launched and oversee Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), managing executive support, event planning, and budget strategies.Beyond ERGs, I support in the design and implantation of training programs, craft strategic employee communication plans, and refine our company culture to foster a deeper sense of belonging. With a strong data-driven mindset, I use metrics to track progress and implement DEIB best practices, ensuring alignment with the company\'s overall business objectives.
