Own critical low latency trading customer networks, design, implement and support bespoke network solutions. Working with Project manager to review the requirement, create technical project delivery document. Create HLD, LLD with detailed service extension flow diagram( review possible design bottlenecks and address it with Architecture engineers) Create patching schedule for layer 1,2,3 network cabinets Develop Logical connectivity (unicast/multicast) and implementation plan Schedule change scripts in line with the internal best practices Carry out implementation and create operational readiness document for post implementation handover Manage multiple high revenue customer accounts and run multiple projects at the same time Design, implement and support Ultra Low Latency cabinets for co-located customer Help create standard build documents for delivery team Involve in any technical issues with other deliver engineers and work with them for a resolution Able to work with TAC to resolve any bugs and issues with feature sets
