   BAIF Institute for Sustainable Livelihoods and Development (BISLD) is a subsidiary of BAIF Development Research Foundation. The organisation is working in the field of Rural Development and Livelihoods, Livestock Development, Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Agriculture since last 55 years. Since joining, I have created multiple social media posts, animations and videos, newsletters for online publishing and major donors, content for website while co-ordinating and liasoning with the state heads and thematic programme executives. I have also created Digital media planner and events calendar for BAIF and BISLD. My responsibilities include preparation of policy briefs highlighting major research undertaken in BAIF and review of Impact Studies of Replicable Models with focus on current status. I am developing some policy related articles in consultation with the President, BAIF. My responsibilities also include devising and employing new communication strategies for brand enhancement of BAIF Development Research Foundation. BAIF has gained more than followers on LinkedIn since December. The work for revamping the website is ongoing.
