Hello Everyone, I am a CA Final student. I am an enthusiastic girls who is eager to learn. My core competencies include web content writing, creative content creation, and strategic planning. Right now, I am working in SPCM & Associates as an article assistant. As of now, I have gained extensive experience in performing statutory and tax audits under Section 44B of the Income Tax Act for clients across diverse sectors, including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, education, and trading, with turnovers ranging from 10 crores to 800 crores. My responsibilities included analyzing statutory compliance for TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT, and deferred tax under IND AS 12, along with assisting in operational areas such as payroll, revenue management, cost allocation, land acquisition, sale agreement verification, vouching, and ledger scrutiny. I also conducted internal audits for entities in the mall and leasing business, focusing on operational efficiency. In addition, I reviewed XBRL-compliances, standalone and consolidated financial statements in adherence to IND AS. Recently, I have expanded my expertise to include litigation, actively participating in the litigation team for clients, handling proceedings under Section 148 to notices u/s 142(1), and contributing to appeals submissions. While speaking about my content writing journey - At Thesocialtalks, I work with a team of passionate and talented writers and editors who aim to create an informative environment to facilitate constructive discourse and encourage innovation. I contribute to the platform by researching, writing, and editing articles on various topics, such as politics, economics, culture, and social issues, using my skills in web content writing and creative content creation.
