As a Talent Acquisition Executive, I manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower Requirements to onboarding selected candidates. My responsibilities include sourcing top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases, while effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline and manage candidate pipelines. I work closely with hiring managers and department heads to develop hiring strategies that align with business goals, ensuring timely and quality closures of open positions. I conduct initial screenings to assess candidates\' technical skills, experience and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. I also handle offer negotiations, the release of offer letters, and pre-joining follow-ups, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. A key part of my role is maintaining strong candidate engagement to reduce dropouts and promote positive employer branding. I actively support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, job fairs, and internal communication. Additionally, I track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and ensure all hiring activities comply with internal policies and labor laws.
