   Managing a team of developers, both offshore and on-site, who support National Accounts Applications, Finance Applications as well as company Intranet and Internet sites in SharePoint. • Lead efforts to transform current platforms and deploy new and existing applications into Cloud environments and provide operational support for the applications. • Managed a project to eliminate old SharePoint versions and helped get the technology upgraded to the latest version. Currently managing a project to move all the internal and external SharePoint sites to the cloud/SharePoint Online. • Lead a team fostering and maintaining a positive trust relationship between the business analysts, QA, and developers using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver the projects. • Conduct design, architecture and code reviews to ensure compliance with standards. Oversee design, development, deploy, and maintenance of Veritiv’s IT application suite and facilitate team meetings and group discussions during analysis, design, and development. • Managed a team and Implemented CI/CD pipelines using Azure Devops for the applications we support. Established sprint cycles, release management processes through Dev / QA / Staging / Production environments • Established relationship with business, identify/groom product enhancements, working closely with cross functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure overall success of the solution/releases using agile practices and tools (Jira & Sprints) • Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members in establishing priorities and resolving impediments. As Scrum Master working with Business Analysts performing backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies. • Communicate and collaborate with various teams in establishing priorities, initiating projects and managing projects from inception through completion.
