As the Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for advancing the function, managing special projects, driving day-to-day operations, strengthening the culture and supporting internal events and transparency in communications• Establish a bird\'s-eye view across the team, and multiple functional partners, working to connect the dots to help the team maintain momentum in a highly dynamic working environment • Represent SVP’s priorities to the team, ensuring clarity and progress; facilitate any support the team may need, developing processes that maximize information flow and knowledge sharing across the Leadership Team • Enable connectivity across the GBS community by managing function-wide programming, knowledge & resource repository, and team connections and communications• Serve as liaison and point of contact for initiatives and cross functional projects/partnerships; collaborate with counterparts and peers to maintain enterprise alignment• Partner with Finance, Audit, Business continuity, Migrations, Risk and HR teams on analytics, budgeting, resource management, and reporting for the function• Manage relationships and drive governance routines with strategic vendors• Partner with the Executive Assistants to oversee the function’s annual calendar, ensuring critical meetings are prioritized, and order of discussions and decisions is appropriate to achieve objectives• Plan and execute staff, Townhalls, and global functional meetings: lead development of agenda, coordinate guest speakers, distribute pre-reads, capture all follow-ups, and ensure clarity around actions and next steps• Partner with Comms to drive the function’s overall messaging strategy, define audiences and associated messages; prioritize interactions; advise on content and cadence• Drive the organizational culture
