   Job Responsibilities-(Accounts Payable/PTP) Process high number of vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO) in SAP (FICO) with accuracy more than SLA. Perform 3 Way and 2 Way Match. Conduct Root cause analysis for the parked/disputed invoices and correcting discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, and product/service specific qualities. Manage vendor escalations/vendor queries over emails and calls. Perform Vendor Statement reconciliation. Led and supervised a team of 15-18 accounts payable associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets departmental goals and objectives. Manage Vendor settlements/negotiations for different vendors. Execute Vendor Payment to get the invoices paid on time. Create and maintain Vendor Master Data/ Enrollment activities. Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors by providing prompt responses to relevant inquiries & concerns. Assist in the development and maintenance of accounts payable controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Keeping track of aged/parked items and solving them by getting in touch with buyers and receivers. Perform Audit/Quality check of high value invoices. Work as a key member in Process Transition. Keep track of missing invoices from critical vendors. Preparation and publishing of various MIS reports like Monthly Dashboard report, Audit Report, weekly production report etc. Publish and maintain European VAT File on weekly and monthly basis. Facilitate training sessions for new joinees. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
