They also address interference issues and emphasize the reporting process in light of rapid technological advancements.• Ensures optimal spectrum management and regulatory compliance for the Coast Guard by developing and reviewing frequency proposals, coordinating local frequency usage, and resolving interference issues. • Prepares comprehensive communication and frequency plans while training radio operators on radio capabilities. • Provides essential technical and administrative support in navigating NTIA and ITU regulatory processes. • Delivers expert guidance on MF/HF/VHF/UHF mobile and point-to-point communication systems, military and commercial satellite programs, and ensures electromagnetic compatibility across service-wide systems.• Leverages extensive leadership experience to provide strategic assistance to the District as required.
