As a Product Development Specialist, I design, develop, and test our products to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best products on the market. Leveraging my engineering background and education, I work closely with our team and suppliers to develop each product and play a key role in serving on the CSA subcommittee- guaranteeing our products have passed all Canadian Standards. In my role, I provide technical and commercial product support by responding to customer technical requests including product application, interpreting customer and utility product specifications, and competition part numbers and drawing requirements. Working alongside our sales teams, supply chain teams, assembly and production teams, and customers, I act as a key contact to make sure that the process moves smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. On the technical side, I am able to help our sales teams provide our customers with the best product recommendation and help design on the production side.
