Experience in areas of Solutioning Strategic deals, financial analysis, technology management and business process improvement.The Digital Disruption has presented great many opportunities and equal number of challenges to most companies. The need to invest in Digital future is forcing them to adopt a completely new paradigm while managing their application portfolio. Moving beyond the traditional levers of industrialization and offshoring, focus now has to be on pushing automation,artificial intelligence and big data analytics. Accelerating speed to market with the help of DevOps and Agile practice, on bringing in new technologies to modernize application portfolio, on shifting precious budget from maintenance to digital investment and on having new commercial constructs that are aligned with business needs. Focus has to be on making IT move at the speed of business which is my expertise area.
