Trade confirmation, settlement and reconciliation Performing pivotal role in operations that includes - Trade processing, Confirmations, Settlements, Reconciliation. Oversee and manage trade processing, confirmation, clearing and settlement of transactions between the investment managers and counterparties. Responsible for the smooth, efficient and risk free passage of these transactions through both internal and external systems. Worked with various stakeholders like senior managements, SME to enhance documentation for greater efficiencies and controls within the business process Daily interaction with client, brokers, counterparties and custodians. Ensuring that the trades are being sent in to the market considering various deadlines such as the aggressive valuation deadlines (Accounting part), the settlements deadlines (custody) and the market currency deadlines, analysing the financial position of the client\'s funds & taking appropriate decisions in respect of the trades to be done in the market. We look after pre and post settlement for all the global market. Majorly cover Equity market & Fixed Income trades. Maintaining detailed reports of failed trade, amendment, trade exceptions. Resolve client\'s queries/discrepancies regarding any post trading issues effectively. Keep operational records for control and management reviews Work closely with front office and middle office to ensure their business requirements are met. Understanding & actively managing the team\'s operational risks, processes & procedures.
