I am currently a Fellow at PUKAR (Partners for Urban Knowledge, Action and Research), a Mumbai-based organisation working in the areas of urban research, public policy, community engagement, youth leadership, and participatory action research.Through the fellowship, I have received hands-on training in research methodology, qualitative and quantitative research, fieldwork, data collection, survey design, stakeholder interviews, policy analysis, and urban governance. Currently, I am conducting an group based research study titled “Is BEST really the best?”, which examines commuters’ experiences, public transportation systems, sustainable mobility, urban infrastructure, and civic services, with a focus on BEST buses in Mumbai.This research aims to strengthen citizen participation, evidence-based policymaking, inclusive urban development, and people-centric transport solutions.
