Product lifecycle management of Zero Trust Network Access, VPN management platform and Application Delivery Controller products in cloud and on-prem form factors- Defining the product roadmap and strategic direction for Ivanti\'s Zero Trust, VPN management and Application Delivery Controller + Web Application Firewall offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Customer Support and Field Teams- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and align product development with their needs, tracking new enhancement requests and/or ideas, and conveying key requirements to Engineering and Architecture teams effectively by providing detailed requirements and success criteria through PRDs or other documentation- Engaging in market research, shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies, participating in resource planning and pricing optimization for products- Working with UI/UX teams to create and optimize dashboards, analytics and reporting to enhance customer and admin experience - Creating MSP-friendly offerings including MSP portals, pricing and billing, arranging technical assistance and training, setting up cadence for periodic engagement with key Partners, etc- Working with Marketing teams for competitive analysis, tracking industry trends and assessing rival solutions within the ZTA and ADC landscape to maintain a competitive edge- Adept at working with tools like Jira, ADO, Confluence, Aha, Power BI, Salesforce, etc- Optimize internal processes and documentation by working with cross functional teams like Order Management, Billing and Operations, Project Management, IT, etc- Support field teams and partners in designing scalable secure access solutions, handling deployments and POCs to ensure smooth product adoption.
