In this role, I support navify Mutation Profiler (nMP), a clinical decision support software solution for next-generation sequencing tertiary analysis. nMP provides clinical annotation, interpretation and reporting to health care professionals in the management of patients with solid or hematologic cancers. My work involves providing curated information about clinically relevant diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers as well as and therapeutic options in somatic oncology. As a result, I am very familiar with regulatory guidelines from different agencies (WHO, FDA, ESMO, NCCN) and as well as region-specific approving bodies. I have a practical knowledge of product development through bringing new biomarkers into nMP in alignment with approved and evolving companion diagnostics.In my role, I focus on driving efficiency in processes, customer training and also keeping track of the latest clinical trial content so that patients and customers can get the most accurate actionable information.
