ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for bridging the gap between Manager and Technical Team by participating in Business Requirement gathering sessions and preparing detailed Functional Specification Documents covering the scope and expectations- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements- Gap Analysis- Acquire data, analyze results and interpret trends or patterns providing ongoing reports and metrics- Work with management to prioritize business, and define new process improvement opportunities- Understand the functional scope and requirement and showcase relevant use cases/ Customer Journeys- Conduct Internal Functional Testing on the solution built and ensure the requirements defined in Functional Specification Documents are delivered as per customer expectations- Prepare- User Training Manuals, videos and coach guides and conduct training sessions with end users to improve adoption post go-liveSKILL SETS: • Expertise in driving requirement gathering / BRD/ FSD/ FES preparation and Customer journeys• Experience with Agile practices• Good understanding of mobile and digital drivers• Strong database analytics and data extraction (SQL) skills• Strong excel and strong analytical skills to prepare pivots, charts and interactive dashboards• Statistical modeling• Ability to work independently and multi-tasking• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong customer orientation• Open for change and ambiguity and to work in a dynamic, fast growing environment• Good understanding of digital solution\'s for Largest Retailers and International Fashion Brands
