Responsible for providing support to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition group by sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential IT/ Non-IT candidates for permanent openings for various fortune 500 companies.Handling a team of 40+ members (Assistant Managers, Team Leads, Senior Consultants, Consultants and Business Development Executives) along with revenue generation for vertical (IT & Non IT).Managing Account Delivery for all Clients across verticals.Client Engagement to ensure relationship is built for better prospects.Formulation and implementation of sourcing strategies Responsible for MIS and working on data to regularly present reports to the management.Managing escalations and continuously improving the process for good client experience.Closely working with the Finance team for timely Invoice submission & Payment Follow ups.
