Assisting the Dean & vice Dean (Academics) with program committee meetings, quarterly reviews, and smooth functioning of the business school.• Organizing conference /seminars and guest lectures and coordinating with the events team for the same.• Participating in the outreach activities across various cities, through career fairs, workshops and delivering lectures/presentation at various schools/Universities.• Doing faculty loading for the Business School. Hiring Visting/Adjunct Faculty.• Working with quality assurance team for the NAAC accreditation audit.• Preparing annual reports for various programs like MBA & MBA.Coordinates with Career development & placement division for the placement of students for summer & social internship along with final placements.• Develops a quarterly class schedule and participates in weekly attendance meetings.• Work in collaboration with the university DC and monitor students regarding attendance issues or any other discipline issue.• Monitors students who withdraw from courses and improves processes to increase retention; monitors registrations to ensure accuracy in academic advising.• Monitors the official website and FB pages for the business school to ensure all the content is updated • Serves on academic disciplinary committee, Program management, Faculty meetings and prepare the minutes of the meeting.• Advises assigned students and maintains student academic records and files to ensure they represent an accurate, complete and current account of student’s academic progress.• Assists with the quarterly academic awards and honors program and participates in student orientations.• Performs other duties as assigned & managing the calendar for Dean.
