Roles & Responsibilities:Recruitment & client relationship (Acquiring new clients).Interacting with our clients for the requirements specifications.Screening Resumes, Short listing and qualifying the candidates for Clients Review.Responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates, submitting to hiring managers, coordinating interviews and offers.Handling requirements of exclusive clients with team.Maintained relationships with clients.Sourcing candidates through job portal and internal database.Build up the internal database through Internet sites & referrals to source active & passive candidates for permanent positions.Managed and updated Sourced Candidates database at regular intervals.Posting of the Job requirement on the job posting sites and message boards.Conducting initial interviews for communication check.Identifying the candidates as per the requirements.Mailing and calling candidates regarding the opening.Work experience on Junior to Senior Position / requirements.Follow up on candidates offered.To achieve the target set by the company, weekly reporting.Knowledge sharing to the new recruiters.Promoting Resume Writing
