I research, organize and integrate technologies (platforms and best-of-breed/ solutions) with the associated HR -Business roadmap. By staying on top of the changing needs of a dynamic team, I strive hard towards securing a high-end employee experience by delivering more personalized digital innovation governance frameworks that encourage engagement and communication. I deploy state-of-art digital HR operating models, agile product/ experience management structures for gaining clients’ trust for choosing the best HR technology solutions that align with their HR/Talent strategy. By implementing an agile Talent & Culture function, I measure the outcomes to know the path of digital transformation in the right momentum that helps in associate’s capability enhancement, tenure and productivity at the next level. On the frontline, I interface and influence global & regional process and product owners to support building cases for change, running, and crafting out the right change management & implementation plans for delivery.
