About Kalp Jain

I grew up in a family of businessmen, which meant early exposure to how businesses run, from operations and client relationships to the importance of consistency and trust. This background gave me a natural appreciation for business fundamentals and a curiosity about how things work behind the scenes.In 2020, I decided to chart my own course and pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, marking the beginning of a journey that expanded my perspective beyond traditional business and into the world of technology and systems thinking. The program sharpened my analytical abilities and taught me how to approach complex problems with structure and clarity.After graduating in June 2024, I joined Deloitte India as an Analyst in the Engineering, AI, and Data team under the Technology and Transformation vertical. I was part of the Operate team for a key client, where I had a client-facing role with daily interactions. This experience helped me build strong skills in ownership, stakeholder management, and delivering solutions effectively.In June 2025, I joined IIM Mumbai to pursue my MBA, where I’m currently exploring opportunities across Consulting, Marketing, and Operations. While I haven’t finalized a specialization yet, I’m driven by the idea of solving real-world problems and working in high-impact environments.Throughout college, I’ve worked with over 15 different teams across events, projects, and student bodies. As Vice Chairperson of the BMSCE Computer Society, I helped scale the club to over 500 members in its first year and organized multiple technical events to help peers upskill. My contributions earned me the Outstanding Student Volunteer Award from the Computer Society Bangalore Chapter in 2022.I’m a fast learner, a collaborative teammate, and someone who values purpose and authenticity in whatever I do.
