I became a partner in 2003 and head up the Housing and Insolvency teams as well as being a key member of the Commercial Litigation department. As well as extensive experience in all forms of litigation issues, I am highly experienced in handling housing cases for both private landlords and tenants; my legal ability in such cases has been recognised in Peterborough as a valuable asset. I act for a number of clients in relation to civil proceedings and am regularly engaged by a major blue chip company for defended litigation work.
