ABOUT KALLIOPE KOBOTIS
I am a driven and deeply curious undergraduate with a highly interdisciplinary academic background. I have years of experience as a researcher, tutor, and community leader.I am most proud of my work as a Research Assistant in Northwestern\'s Sociology Department.For my work under Professor Quisumbing King, I was selected as a finalist for the Fletcher Prize for Rising Undergraduate Research Star (2022). While this position gave me invaluable exposure to qualitative methods in the Sociology field, my experience as an Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences (MMSS) major provided me with rigorous training in quantitative methods of Statistics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, etc. In addition to my coursework and research, I have spent the majority of my undergraduate career as a Co-Artistic Director of Graffiti Dancers.This has proven to be one of the most rewarding and informative experiences of my time at NU!
