As a Sr Coordinator, for the Spark Elite card division I am responsible for every need of Capital Ones largest small business accounts. With over 300 million Spark business card accounts, only ~90 thousand qualify for this service based solely on their demonstrated annual spend meeting a minimum average. I am part of a small team of less than 60 people that are responsible for their every need. Clients are given the option to have their primary point of contact be the same person and are given our direct contact information.Currently I have over 200 accounts and still maintain a healthy inbound non-regular client portfolio. My regular clients average between fifty thousand and six million dollars a month spend on their accounts, with account limits ranging from to over My quality assurance and customer satisfaction ratings average between 97-100% and rarely fall below that for anything that I could control. I am considered a subject matter expert in making customers feel more comfortable with the conversation and am frequently asked to take over for people when they feel a situation is out of hand.My background training in card and bank fraud as well as being a trainer in call center environments has been invaluable in my ability to explain situations to clients in a manor they understand.
