My role as a leader in the healthcare domain involves managing multiple teams operating in an agile environment, these teams include engineering, feature implementation, research and development, production bugfixing, data science, and AI. Our product line focuses on Remote Patient Monitoring System for US Hospitals, utilizing digital technologies to capture and transmit medical and health data to healthcare providers for assessment and recommendations.We employ the latest technology stack, including AWS cloud Services, world-class ELB devices, to provide clients with an all-in-one Remote Patient monitoring solution. I manage all aspects of offshore development center responsibilities for the onshore team, including planning, monitoring, and addressing project needs.My key responsibilities include overseeing the product roadmap, defining project scopes, setting timelines, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. I also provide guidance, mentoring, and training to the project team to ensure we work toward shared goals.I facilitate communication and collaboration between the onshore and offshore teams to ensure we work together toward a common goal. This involves coordinating meetings, managing project documentation, and tracking progress.My role as a Senior Program Manager is crucial to the success of our product and requires high levels of leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products that improve patient care and I am proud to be part of such an innovative and productive team.
