More than 17 years of solid experience working closely with leading lawyers, clients and third parties on a broad range of multi-million dollar transactions nationwide. As former lead counsel to a preferred Family Dollar developer, I successfully led the acquisition of more than 70 sites and the disposition of more than 80 sites, handling the full gamut of each transaction - from purchase contract to due diligence to acquisition, construction and disposition. Some of the transactions were able to close as a result of my creative and efficient solutions to veritable issues (seller judgment liens and bankruptcies (TX), zoning law violations (IL, MN, OH), significant mechanic\'s lien issues in connection with multi-site developments clouding title (FL), gaps in title as a result of the historic measurement of property boundaries from different section corners (IN), and a quasi-public right of way traversing the property yet undisclosed on title and survey at acquisition (NH)).
