A passionate and detail-oriented designer, on a mission to empower designers and their teams by providing them with the tools necessary to create cohesive, delightful and engaging user experiences.Although I have a Fine Arts background, I\'ve always been interested in combining traditional and digital skills. I\'m a creative problem-solver by nature, with a great eye for detail; these qualities have helped me create functional and elegant design solutions.The self-described geek in me loves almost everything, from board games, video games, and movies to conventions like Comic-Con. I\'m a fan of the performing arts, including theatre and concerts, and even getting up on stage for some karaoke! I love being outdoors and can often be found hiking, white water rafting, climbing, camping, or rowing around Lake Sammamish with my competitive Women’s Masters team.

Design lead managing Zillow’s web design system (Constellation) for over 3 years.• Overhauled Constellation to align with the web API, building a shared technical language that improved collaboration between designers and engineers, leading to increased opperational efficiency.• Facilitated a smooth transition from the unsupported Premiere Agent design system to Constellation, expediting the velocity and productivity of both PA designers and front-end engineers.• Championed and implemented the integration of innovative Figma functionalities into the Constellation library. This strategic shift amplified variant capabilities, considerably boosting the effectiveness of the system’s components.• Initiated and developed the “Constellation University” training program which resulted in a comprehensive understanding of design systems and consequently, a more streamlined Zillow designer onboarding process.
