Cofounded a consulting firm specialized in providing intersectional solutions for human security problems in BIPOC and faith-based communities using grassroots research projects, local engagement & partnerships, conflict mediation, artistic advocacy, and a global approach considering systemic oppressions influencing disparities at large.• Created the firm’s foundation with personal website & graphic design skills, marketing material skills, and pre-designed products & services including research and assessment tools, training programs, and project management.• Managed and executed client facing projects with faith-based organizations, advocacy organizations, charity organizations, and educational institutions and spaces like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-FL), Muslim Women’s Organization, Muslimahs Against Abuse Center, and the Universal Academy of Florida.• Partnered with key leadership in Muslim communities to educate personnel & community members, foster courageous conversations, spark cultural shifts, identify institutional areas of opportunity for equity & belonging, and implement institutional solutions based on DEIB metrics.
