Develop and plan larger continuous development projects and activities as it relates operational data management practices - Anticipate trends and lead the optimization of centralized master data management process for master data domains (such as but not limited to Product Data, Supplier Data, etc)- Lead the implementation and enhancement of regional DQ rules while focusing on data quality improvement and provide recommendations for complex challenges and provide technical guidance to stakeholders - Responsible for leading data projects and develop automated solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g, Robotics Process Automation)- Lead the definition and enhancement of business KPIs - Establish and lead the implementation of standard methodologies for the data components of IT and Business Projects in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g, IT Architecture) to ensure the alignment of the IT support systems to Business Data requirements - Act as the business lead for the global maintenance of MDM, Master Data Quality and the Global Data Catalogue - Act as the business lead for the global Master Data Quality and the Global Data Catalogue - Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to data operations team on new and emerging technologies/processes - Provide data management insights into regional business needs and challenges to key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions - Lead the approval and publication of the Corporate Data Policy and supporting guidelines, standards and procedures - Define data validation, verification, and reconciliation strategy to support data governance, stewardship, permissible use and security. Responsible for establishing global consistency for data definitions, taxonomies, business rules and standards with operational business data stewards that improve data quality, data integration and self-service analytics.
