   Creator of the TheLandscapeOmaha.org, a system of community knowledge that incorporates 38 indicators based on publicly available data and engagement with over 3,300 residents from the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro. Currently leading community partnership strategies to invest in community-wide initiatives. • Lead $2 million in community investment strategies and manage team of five that oversees OCF’s grant programs (Fund for Omaha, African American Unity Fund, Futuro Latino Fund, Equality Fund for LGBTQIA+, Omaha Neighborhood Grants Program, Refugee Community Grants, and others), nonprofit capacity building program, research and evaluation efforts, and marketing strategies, as well as manage relationships with external consulting firms and contractors.• Lead OCF\'s COVID-19 Response Fund fundraising and grantmaking which distributed $1.2 million to 51 local nonprofits in three months. Primary areas of focus were Food Security, Housing, Seniors, Healthcare, Mental Health, and Refugee and Immigrant communities. • Spokesperson for OCF and leader of OCF’s marketing and communications strategies with experience in brand management, online fundraising campaigns, media relations, and internal and external communication strategies. • Architect behind OCF’s signature annual event, Omaha Gives, a 24-hour online fundraising campaign that has raised over $58 million for over nonprofits in eight years. Over people have donated through the event—the majority of which had not interacted with OCF before.• Experienced the Center for Equity and Inclusion\'s 18-month process in building structures, competencies, and tools to advance and sustain equity efforts throughout all aspects of our organization.
