My life\'s work centers on racial justice, public accountability and equitable urban transformation. I am a mission-driven executive with a multidisciplinary background spanning sociology, public history, and organizational strategy. With over a decade of leadership in higher education and nonprofit sectors, I have successfully directed multimillion-dollar initiatives, managed diverse teams, and spearheaded programs that drive systemic change. Early in my career, I lived and worked in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Panama, and Washington, DC, implementing community-based programs and advocacy research on global health, migration, education policy, urban development, and environmental sustainability.
