ABOUT KALI FYOCK
My name is Kali, I have been in the hospitality industry for 5 years. I started as a server at a Country Club where I found my love for events. I decided to start my event career as an assistant event coordinator at a non profit organization where I helped with their fundraisers as well as weddings. I was promoted within 6 months as the Event coordinator. I decided in 2019 to move to Buffalo after residing in the south towns my whole life. The City of Buffalo is full of life and energy and I new the event seen would be alive. I started working at 500 Pearl as the Banquet Manager and assisted in the opening of the new project. I built a team, as well as a banquet department as a whole. After 1.5 years I was promoted to Event Sales Manger where I sold event for Patrick’s Rooftop, Spare Lanes and the w xyz lounge. I have learned so much during my time at 500 Pearl whether it had to do with the hotel aspect of hospitality, food and beverage or sales. It has been an amazing learning experience and I have grown professionally from it. I am excited to see where my next placement in hospitality will be, and use my skills I have learned to help grow with another team.
