Upon getting hired at Amazon Logistics I performed very well and was offered new training opportunity\'s i.e. Problem Solve, inducting packages, Safely handling equipment, Stowing Packages (Stow by Light). Problem Solve Consist of: Making sure damaged and lost Packages get found/ re boxed and processed by specific deadlines to ensure all customer orders leave on time. Responsible for deep diving the Outbound processes to find and create solutions for issues that create quality errors.
